RETURNS POLICY

UK customers:
We actively try to reduce our carbon footprint by giving detailed product and size information online and hopefully minimising product returns as a result.
If, however, your purchase isn’t what you hoped for, we offer free returns within 14 days of purchase, provided the item(s) is in its original state; unworn, unwashed and with all labels attached.
You will find the returns form within the package. Please complete the returns form with accurate reasons for why you are returning the item(s), helping us to improve on our products and services in the future.
Make sure the item(s) is securely wrapped and enclose the returns form in the package. If care has been taken when opening the package originally, you may be able to re-use the recycled polybag, closing it with tape. Attach the Freepost returns label to the package and hand the package in at the Post Office. Make sure you obtain a ‘proof of postage’ receipt and keep hold of this until you have received the refund. This is very important as we can only refund item(s) that reach us.
Once we have received the returned item(s), these will be checked manually, usually within 5 working days, and we will refund the price paid for the item(s) to the original payment card. Any delivery costs will not be refunded (exceptions apply).
You will receive an email from us confirming that a refund has been made. In the event that you are still waiting to hear from us after 10 working days, please feel free to email us at hello@vildnis.co.uk so that we can investigate further.

International customers:
We actively try to reduce our carbon footprint by giving detailed product and size information online and hopefully minimising product returns as a result.
If, however, your purchase isn’t what you hoped for, as an international customer (including Ireland), you have 28 days from purchase to return your items due to the longer delivery times.
We regret that we are unable to offer Freepost returns to International customers. When returning item(s) to us from overseas, we advise you to use a tracked service and retain the ‘proof of postage’/tracking number.

Once we have received the returned item(s), these will be checked manually within 5 days and we will refund the price paid for the item(s) to the original payment card. Any delivery costs will not be refunded (exceptions apply).
You will receive an email from us confirming that a refund has been made. Please allow 5 working days from arrival of the package to our warehouse till you contact us. In the event that you are still waiting to hear from us after 5 working days, please feel free to email us at hello@vildnis.co.uk so that we can investigate further.


CANCELLATION POLICY

In addition to our Returns Policy, under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel any purchase within 14 days. Where this applies, we will provide a full refund as long as the cancelled items are returned to us in their original state; unworn, unwashed and with all labels intact. If we do not receive the cancelled items, we may arrange to collect them from you at your own expense.


EXCHANGE POLICY

We are unable to offer to exchange items at present, and the easiest and quickest way to exchange an item is therefore to make use of our free returns (UK customers) and place a new order.
